Flood Victims Preparing Group Lawsuit Against Austrian Utility

Klagenfurt, 3 November - Following an expert analysis of the mass flooding that hit areas along the river Drava (NE) in November last year, an increasing number of victims on both sides of the border is mulling a lawsuit against Austrian utility Verbund. The hydro plants operator is believed to have contributed to the damage, estimated at EUR 97m.
