Ministry Proposing New Funding Model for Higher Education

Ljubljana, 5 November - The government has launched the public consultation process for a new bill on higher education which introduces a new concept of funding and a new type of studies. Student representatives' reactions have been mixed, with some even speaking of "a wave of privatisation on an unheard-of scale".
