Weekly Review of Events Involving Slovenia, 1-7 November

Ljubljana, 8 November - Slovenia focused for much of the past week on an ongoing Yugoslav-era savings dispute after a Croatian judge decided to ignore a Slovenia-Croatia memorandum that froze court proceedings in Croatia against two Slovenian banks. The country faced yet another GDP downgrade, as the EU said its economy will shrink by 2.7% in 2013.
