Telekom Again Slapped With ADSL Monopoly Charges

Ljubljana, 4 November - The Competition Protection Agency (CPA) has once more found the telecoms incumbent Telekom Slovenije guilty of abusing its monopoly in ADSL broadband internet access between 2001 and 2005. The decision comes after a 2009 court ruling revoked the CPA's previous decision due to faults in legal procedures.
