Balkans May Remain Gunpowder Barrel Due to Kosovo, Delo Says

Ljubljana, 5 November - The first local elections in Kosovo that had not been boycotted by the Serbian community were a test for Serbia's and Kosovo's efforts to join the EU, the daily Delo says on Tuesday. If the countries falter at the beginning of their EU paths, Balkans will remain a barrel of gunpowder also because of the Gordian knot of Kosovo.
