Delo on Croatia's "Incredible Diplomatic Somersaults"

Ljubljana, 5 November - The list of documents and agreements which Croatian authorities initialled, signed or ratified - and then flagrantly ignored - is simply too long, the daily Delo says on Tuesday, listing a number of "incredible diplomatic somersaults", including the Drnovšek-Račan border agreement as the "most famous that involves Slovenia".
