Act on Legalisation of Illegal Builds Expected in March
Ljubljana, 7 November - The government is in the midst of drafting an act on the legalisation of illegal builds, which could be adopted in March. In the meantime, an existing law will be tweaked in order to defer demolition, Infrastructure and Spatial Planning Minister Samo Omerzel said on Thursday.
