Delo Scolds Former Minister Turk over Private Licenses

Ljubljana, 8 November - Commenting on reports that former education Minister Žiga Turk is being investigated over the awarding of licences for three programmes at private higher education institutions, the daily Delo says on Friday that this suggests the actual reason why his "super-ministry" was established by the Janša government in the first place.
