NSi to Change Name to Highlight Christian-Democratic Roots

Ljubljana, 8 November - The opposition New Slovenia (NSi) will hold a congress in the town of Vransko on Saturday to change its name from New Slovenia - the Christian People's Party to New Slovenia - the Christian Democrats in an effort to declare themselves the successor of Slovenian Christian Democrats (SKD), one of the strongest parties in Slovenia in the 1990s.
