Ljubljana, 11 November - Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's no. 1 insurer, failed to make the final cut for a controlling stake in Croatia Osiguranje last month. Chief supervisor Matej Runjak says its bid was rejected by the Croatian government due to its financing structure.
