Reforms or Expensive Borrowing, Finance Says

Ljubljana, 18 November - Not impressed by Friday's surprise 3-year bond issue by Slovenia, business daily Finance says in Monday's commentary that Slovenia faces the choice of either borrowing at high interest or borrowing cheaply from the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) in exchange for implementing reforms.
