Govt Ready to Allow Real Estate Reevaluation in Exceptional Cases
Ljubljana, 18 November - Government representatives indicated at an opposition-demanded session of the parliamentary Infrastructure and Spatial Planning Committee on Monday that corrections to real estate taxation are being drawn up that would allow real estate owners to challenge the generalised market value that serves as a base for the tax.
