Slovenia to Challenge Jurisdiction of Croatian Courts in LB Dispute
Ljubljana, 21 November - Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec suggested Slovenia would challenge the jurisdiction of Croatian courts in cases brought against the defunct LB bank after talks with his Croatian counterpart Vesna Pusić Wednesday failed to produce any headway on the dispute.
