Govt Upgrades Act on Seizure of Illegally Gained Assets
Ljubljana, 21 November - The government adopted on Thursday a proposal for changes to the 2011 act on the confiscation of illegally gained assets, which Justice Minister Senko Pličanič says address the law's shortcomings and beef up the prosecution.
