Delo Says Quick Recapitalisation of Banks Best Option

Ljubljana, 23 November - The daily Delo says on Saturday that the best solution from the aspect of stability of Slovenia's banking system would be a really quick, in fact immediate recapitalisation of state-owned banks, adding that the money for this has already been secured in the state's accounts.
