Delo Says Gantar Leaving Shortly Before Finish

Ljubljana, 26 November - Health Minister Tomaž Gantar resigned for failing move along Slovenia's health care reform, which has been due for 15 years, shortly before the finish line, the daily Delo says on Tuesday, pointing out that the reform has now made it onto the government's priority list.
