Delo Says Slovenia Lacks Corruption Safety Mechanisms

Ljubljana, 30 November - The daily Delo looks on Saturday at what the outgoing Corruption Prevention Commission calls structural corruption. It says that Slovenia's system provides no mechanism to limit temptation and even the people who are "good at heart" give in. There is also no wish in parliament to improve the legislation.
