SDS to Mount Constitutional Challenge Against Real Estate Tax

Ljubljana, 30 November - The opposition Democrats (SDS) announced Saturday they would challenge the recently adopted real estate tax act at the Constitutional Court. The tax is unfair and will place an undue burden on the poorest, the party claims.
