Army Union Seeks to Overturn Strike Ban

Ljubljana, 2 December - A trade union representing soldiers has petitioned the Constitutional Court to examine the constitutionality of legislation that bans soldiers from going on strike. The outright ban is a legacy of the former country and has no place in a democratic society, the union said Monday.
