Ex Primorje Boss Convicted to 3 Years, Must Repay EUR 1.4M
Nova Gorica, 2 December - Disgraced former boss of construction company Primorje Dušan Črnigoj was sentenced by the Nova Gorica District Court to three years in prison for defrauding the company by selling its shares of construction company Stavbenik too cheap in 2001. He was also ordered to repay nearly EUR 1.4m to Primorje.
