Croatia Should Have Been Made to Ratify Savers Memorandum, Ex-Diplomat Says

Ljubljana, 4 December - Slovenia should have made sure that Croatia ratified the memorandum signed by the prime ministers of Slovenia and Croatia with the aim of achieving a breakthrough in the dispute on the LB savers in Croatia, former Slovenian diplomat Miran Mejak has told the daily Dnevnik.
