Committee Okays Super Tax, Albeit with Reservations

Ljubljana, 4 December - The parliamentary Finance and Monetary Policy Committee okayed for adoption on Wednesday changes to the tax procedures act, which include a super tax as a means of fighting undeclared income and expand the period for which suspicions assets can be scrutinised. The debate raised concerns over rushing with the changes that could be unconstitutional.
