Lower Chamber Fails to Veto Recapitalisation Plan

Ljubljana, 5 December - The National Council failed to back a veto on the law that provides the basis for a quick recapitalisation of Slovenian banks on Thursday, as 13 councillors voted in favour and 14 against.
