Conflict of Interest Not Yet Crime, Debate Hears
Ljubljana, 9 December - A conflict of interest does not automatically constitute a criminal act, agreed a panel organised by AmCham on Monday to mark International Anti-Corruption Day. The speakers thus said the main question should be what is moral rather than what is legal.
