Ljubljana, 10 December - Although journalists proposed already two years ago that Slovenia's patrol boat Triglav could be used to help refugees flowing into Europe, it is not normal that the Slovenian navy must help save lives in the middle of the Mediterranean, the daily Dnevnik comments on Tuesday.
