Delo Calls for Digital Era Human Rights Convention

Ljubljana, 10 December - The daily Delo calls for a new international convention on human rights in the digital world in Tuesday's front-page commentary, in which it suggests that surveillance of private communications by intelligence agencies has undermined democracy.
