Ex-Central Bankers Suggest System to Blame for High Leverage
Ljubljana, 10 December - Two former governors argued that the central bank did not have direct control over lending by individual banks and had not failed in oversight as the parliamentary inquiry looking into reasons for the high level of bad loans at Slovenian banks began to hear witnesses on Tuesday.
