Fresh Challenges Mounted against Bail-in of Junior Bondholders

Ljubljana, 11 December - New Constitutional Court challenges were announced Wednesday against legislation that allows the bail-in of holders of junior bank bonds, a key component of the government's plan to bail out the country's banks.
