Defence Minister to Resign if Stožice Case Goes to Court

Ljubljana, 12 December - Defence Minister Roman Jakič will resign if the police file criminal charges against him as a result of an investigation pertaining to his former job as the head of Zavod Tivoli, an institution of the Ljubljana municipality, he told the press Thursday after being quizzed by the criminal police.
