Top Court Says 2012 Austerity Act Discriminatory to Women
Ljubljana, 17 December - The Constitutional Court has found two articles of a 2012 public finance act unconstitutional in the part relating to women public servants who were forced to retire earlier and under different old-age pension requirements than their men colleagues.
