Weather: Fog to Linger in Valleys

Ljubljana, 18 December - It will remain foggy in low-lying areas on Wednesday, while higher ground will see more sun. Morning lows will range from -8 to -3 degrees centigrade, around the freezing point on the coast. Daytime highs will climb to between 3 and 8 degrees, up to 11 on the coast. The areas with fog will remain around the freezing point.
