Dnevnik Feels Court Disregarded Public Benefit in Kramar Case

Ljubljana, 18 December - The daily Dnevnik disagrees on Wednesday with the view of the Constitutional Court that the retroactive application of the tax targeting the EUR 1m bonus given to former NLB bank CEO Marjan Kramar would not have served pubic benefit, which is the condition for retroactive application.
