NBKM and Pošta Slovenije Recapitalise Postal Bank
Maribor, 18 December - NKBM bank and postal services operator Pošta Slovenije confirmed at Wednesday's shareholders assembly a capital increase for the postal bank PBS, in which they will contribute EUR 11.6m and EUR 8.6m respectively through non-cash contributions via a debt to equity conversion.
