White & Case Selected as Legal Adviser in Telekom Sale

Ljubljana, 18 December - The state-run SOD fund has picked the White & Case international law firm along with Slovenian firm Ulčar & partnerji as the legal adviser in the sale of Telekom Slovenije. In October SOD selected banking giant Citigroup as financial consultant.
