EU Summit Focusing on Ukraine, Defence
Brussels, 19 December - EU leaders will start a two-day summit in Brussels on Thursday, focusing on the situation in Ukraine following the country's refusal to sign a Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU. The summit is formally dedicated to defence for the first time since 2008, but no major decisions are expected.
