Police Search Lawyers' Offices, Bar Association Takes Legal Action

Ljubljana, 19 December - In what seems a case without precedent in Slovenia, police searched the offices of three law firms in Ljubljana three weeks ago for evidence against their clients. The Bar Association announced legal action in response, stressing on Thursday that the lawyers were not suspects and that authorities had encroached upon the attorney-client privilege.
