Major Police Operation Targeting Corruption in Healthcare

Ljubljana, 19 December - A massive police operation targeting corruption in public healthcare was launched across Slovenia on Thursday morning. The National Bureau of Investigation is investigating corruption in acquisition of medical equipment that is estimated to have damaged the health purse EUR 1.18m since 2008.
