Rule of Law Still Elusive, Delo Says

Ljubljana, 23 December - The number of bigwigs that have been arrested or convicted this year would suggest that the rule of law is returning to Slovenia, but rule of law is not measured just by how many of the once untouchables are now behind bars, Delo comments on Monday.
