Cities around Slovenia to Await New Year Outdoors
Ljubljana, 31 December - New Year celebrations are being prepared in cities and towns around Slovenia on Tuesday and thousands are expected to greet the coming year outdoors accompanied by popular music concerts. Many cities, including Maribor and Nova Gorica, have given up fireworks in the light of the ongoing financial and economic crisis.
