Number of Newborns Drops below 21,000, Statistics Show

Ljubljana, 4 January - The number of deliveries in Slovenian maternity hospitals dropped by 4% to 20,634 in 2013 year-on-year, in what is the first drop below 21,000 since 2008, unofficial figures from the National Public Health Institute show.
