Trade Unions Call for Employee-Centric Management

Ljubljana, 6 January - The ZSSS trade unions confederation called on managers to change corporate management strategies to focus more on the well-being of the employees. "Raise wages, improve training, implement healthcare programmes at your workplace," ZSSS head Dušan Semolič wrote in an open letter to Slovenian managers on Monday.
