Celje, 7 January - Three of the six supervisors of the state-owned HSE energy holding have handed in their resignations over the failure of HSE and its subsidiary, the Šoštanj thermal power plant (TEŠ), to keep their promises as regards the construction of a new generator at TEŠ, Slovenia's biggest energy investment.
