Agrokor Reportedly Slashes Mercator Bid by Third

Ljubljana, 9 January - Croatian conglomerate Agrokor, which signed in 2013 a sales agreement to buy a 53% stake in Slovenian retailer Mercator from a consortium of owners in need of fresh money, has made a new bid to the consortium, reducing the price by a third, the daily Dnevnik reports on Thursday.
