Creditor Banks in Move to Collect ACH Debt
Ljubljana, 9 January - The Unicredit banka and NLB banks and the Bank Asset Management Company have launched proceedings to collect EUR 129m net debt from the ACH conglomerate after its manager owners endorsed a huge dividend payout, the business daily Finance reported on Thursday, citing unofficial information.
