Pharma Firms Suing Health Purse Manager Over Drug Grouping

Ljubljana, 13 January - Pharma companies MSD and Servier Pharma have filed a lawsuit against health purse manager ZZZS with the Ljubljana Administrative Court over the ZZZS's introduction of two new therapeutic groups of drugs. They are challenging the classification as well as the price cap imposed, the daily Delo has reported.
