SIJ Management Board Resigns over Differences with Owners
Jesenice, 17 January - The two-member management of Russian-owned steel maker SIJ resigned on Friday. CEO Tibor Šimonka and his deputy Viacheslav Korchagin cited diverging views over the future development of the group with its majority owner. The supervisory board appointed Anton Chernykh in place of Šimonka and Igor Malevanov instead of Korchagin.
