IMF Mission Head Says Worst Behind for Slovenia

Washington/Ljubljana, 17 January - The head of the IMF mission to Slovenia Antonio Spilimbergo told the STA on Friday as the IMF presented a report on the country that Slovenia has overcome the worst stage of the crisis, but added that it must remain active. While the report suggests more bad loans should be transferred to the bad bank, Spilimbergo called for privatisation and FDI.
