Ljubljana, 18 January - The head of the opposition Democrats (SDS) Janez Janša will not need to explain himself in court over his heavy criticism of the Corruption Prevention Commission, as the prosecution has thrown out the defamation complaint filed against him by the watchdog, the daily Dnevnik reported on Saturday.
