Delo Finds Šoltes Emerged as Winner

Ljubljana, 22 January - Social Democrat (SD) leader Igor Lukšič "hit a mine" by opposing Igor Šoltes's bid for health minister, the daily Delo writes in Wednesday's edition, suggesting that Šoltes and his new party can only profit from his unsuccessful bid.
