Fmr. Laško Boss Pleads Not Guilty as MBO Trial Gets Under Way
Ljubljana, 23 January - Boško Šrot, the former boss of beverage group Pivovarna Laško, pleaded not guilty to abuse of office in the financing of a management buyout (MBO) of the company as proceedings started at the Ljubljana District Court on Thursday.
